My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest and respectful.
I believe people want to evolve, grow and feel more fulfilled. We can't, however, always see behind our own psychological/emotional back and often find ourselves stuck or find ourselves in recurrent unpleasant circumstances.
I have always strived to create supportive and compassionate therapeutic relationships through which my clients feel the safety to explore the concerns that have prompted them to seek therapy. In our work together, my clients have gained a wider awareness of the factors influencing their discomfort, gained clarity about choices they have made and learned strategies for transforming habitual patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that were problematic.
I am pleased to welcome registered MFT Intern, Sandra Etue, to my practice. She is skilled, approachable and, as an experienced Family Law attorney, she has additional expertise in the area of families in crisis.
